Reed prides himself on working directly with clients face-to-face to construct and complete a hassle-free 1031 exchange solution that clients are striving for. With the variety of 1031 eligible investment options available and approved by Passive Realty Group, Reed is instrumental in building a customizable portfolio for each and every investor.
Reed is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, a Colorado Real Estate license holder, and has 15+ years of financial industry experience. He brings a broad level of financial knowledge to clients that significantly contributes in helping clients make prudent real estate decisions for themselves and their families. Having a BA in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado, Reed actively provides for the continued vision and growth of Passive Realty Group.

Hunter specializes in developing collaborative relationships with his clients. In his role, Hunter is an expert on the intricacies of 1031’s and the latest DST properties from established brands across the country. He works closely with his clients to identify their investment goals and find the right, hassle-free 1031 exchange.
With more than 17 years of industry experience, Hunter specializes in making the investment process easy for clients to understand, while also implementing customized strategies to meet each individual client’s needs. Because of his service mindset, Hunter provides personalized guidance for every client, regardless of their investment size .
Prior to joining Passive Realty Group, Hunter was a sales professional for Janus Capital Group and ALPS, both multi-billion dollar asset managers located in Denver, CO. Hunter worked closely with clients to identify appropriate investment solutions. Hunter also earned a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado-Boulder and an MBA from the University of Denver.
When he’s not interacting with clients, Hunter enjoys working out, trying to break 80 on the golf course and exploring Colorado.
